In this highly interactive and provocative session, Dr. Valencia Ray and Aleen Bayard will engage with participants to:

  • Identify professional derailers and blind spots
  • Develop more effective feedback channels
  • Apply mindfulness to your professional repertoire
  • Create personal leadership development plans –
    learn how to coach yourself

This workshop is being offered in two parts: For participants who want a more general overview of these topics, the morning session will review the topics highlighted above and conclude with each person completing a leadership development plan. Registration fee includes continental breakfast and workshop materials. For participants who want to explore their personal leadership style at a deeper level, they can complete the DiSC Leadership Profile for an additional cost. Prepayment is required.

The $75 fee for the DiSC includes a personalized profile/report.
